7. How do I tell you what I want to
promote in my email campaign? We will provide you
with promotion creating tools. You can then send the
information to us via phone, fax, email or postal mail.
You should spend less than thirty minutes on any email
campaign.
8. How often should I email my
customers? We recommend sending email promotions
every two to four weeks. However, you can choose
to send whenever you like.
9. How will I know
my email messages are working? Every email
campaign is tracked. You can access online reports that
will show you who opened your message and what promotions
interested them the most. You will also be able to
compare multiple email campaigns over time and see which
